The older brother of Rainn Anatomies. Rainn describes him as his best friend and the handsomest guy he knows. He also happens to be Rainn's twin. The two appear identical except that Ulcer has a thick gray beard he inherited from their deceased father, which apparently can transfer from owner to owner.
Rainn advises the party to visit him to seek out a way to undo the ritual at Polaris University. He runs a shop in Ruleshaven.
Ulcer behaves much like Rainn. He is obsessed with the occult and helps direct the party into undoing what happened to Polaris University. He deciphered what had happened by intuiting from information missing in his research, and he wears a pin on his coat that reads 3/26 to remind him of the day when all of Ruleshaven's alarms went off at once in response to the spell.
Ulcer provides the team with the means to enter Hell and supplies to help them elude the Peacekeepers. He urges them to escape to Danica Town before he reports to Virginia the Witchhunter waiting behind his shop. While he reports back to her, he refuses to tell her where he sent them. This violates their verbal contract and causes the life to drain from him.

- Ulcer's shop contains a finger-toad in a cage, similar to the ones found in Brian Fuck's cave. Whether he obtained it from Brian himself or simply found one of his stray creations is not made clear.
- Ulcer is the elder of the Anatomies twins, leading to him inheriting their father's beard.
