A beautiful siren who appears in It's a Calling. She and her mother sing by the roads near Brian Doyle Falls, captivating anyone who listens to come charging towards them. They run so fast that they collide with the nearby rocks and destroy themselves in the process. Despite her alluring voice, Stephanie is genuinely hoping to attract a mate. Like all sirens, she has no birth name, but Bellow assigns her the name as she leaves them behind.
The party joins forces with Wartortle Spone to stop their deadly singing. They manage to kill Stephanie's mother before Bellow leaps into her arms, finally relieving the siren of her task. She asks Bellow to become her mate, but he admits to being involved in something already. She dismisses the idea and flies away, but Bellow, realizing she has no name, bestows the name Stephanie on her after one of his former classmates.
