A small city located inside the Teenage Woods.
It is densely populated with various species, including orcs, centaurs, bugbears, and kenku. It is full of dangerous sorts and criminals, to the point where no one takes notice when news reports that crime is at an all time high in the city. The tavern known as The Delighted Wife is located within its borders. The guards in The Soaking Valley are shamelessly corrupt, quick to shake down passersby with false accusations to force fines out of them. Their laws are apparently different from other regions of the world. Using offensive magic on a town guard is considered illegal, as is breaking into jail. They also don't take kindly to killing their fellow guardsmen.
The party visits The Soaking Valley after Casper tells them that Albee's family said they would be heading there.
